College Coaches Skills Camp LLC ("CCSC") operates CCSC Analytics, private software used only by CCSC for its own financial reporting. It is not offered to the public and has no external users.
Only accounting records from CCSC's own QuickBooks Online company: the general ledger, trial balance, transactions, and the related account, vendor, customer, class and item records. It does not access, request or store payroll records, bank credentials, card numbers, or any personal data belonging to camp participants or their families.
To produce CCSC's internal financial and operational reporting without re-keying data by hand, replacing a third-party reporting service.
Into a private CCSC-owned data warehouse hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1). The database is encrypted at rest with a CCSC-managed key, is not reachable from the public internet, and is accessible only to authorized CCSC personnel over authenticated, logged sessions. Credentials are held in an encrypted secrets store and are never written to source code.
No one. The data is not sold, rented, shared or disclosed to any third party. It is used solely inside CCSC.
For as long as CCSC needs the accounting history for financial reporting and its record-keeping obligations. Backups are encrypted and rotated.
CCSC may disconnect the integration from within QuickBooks Online at any time, which immediately ends its access.
